Description:
A class for beginning and intermediate yoga students that focuses on breathing, stretching, and basic yoga poses. Depending on the students' interests, can be relaxing or more vigorous with some cardio moves. Weather permiting we may hold class outside. (please meet in the music room)
Wear stretchy clothes.
Bring water bottle and yoga mat
