Refund Policy


Refunds for Trips are not allowed after registration deadline.

Refunds will not be made after the first class meeting.  A 48 hour notice is required for class cancellation.  If supplies have been
purchased, the student will not be issued a refund.  A two week notice is required for cancellation of a trip.  There will not be any refunds after tickets are purchased.  If paid online, a processing fee of $10.00 will be subtracted from the original amount of the class, trip or camp.  In the event that class is canceled, the student will receive a notice by mail, email or telephone. In that case, a full refund will be given via the credit card used for payment or a credit for the entire amount will be applied to your account for later use.
