Description:
Girls Wrestling - Open Gym. This will be run by Coach Vaith (along with possibly some guest clinicians). This is perfect for beginners trying to decide if they would like to give wrestling a try and for experienced wrestlers that want more "mat time". We will have Girls of all ages and sizes, some with experience and some with no experience. The more experienced Girls will assist with the instruction of the new wrestlers to create a welcoming learning environment. Instruction will focus on fundamentals from all positions along with strength training opportunities.
