Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) is a program for families with children ages birth to kindergarten enrollment run through the public school system. ECFE recognizes that parents are a child’s first and most important teacher and offers high quality parent and early education.
ECFE includes-
Parent and Child Time (PACT): Class includes parent and child interaction time, circle time with books, songs, and activities all designed to enhance a child’s learning.
Parent Time: Parent’s participate in a discussion lead by a licensed parent educator. The parent discussion time allows time to connect with other parents of young children and focuses on research based topics related to both child and parent learning.
Child Time: Children learn through play while parents are in discussion. A licensed early childhood educator facilitates the children’s classroom experience, which includes social skills and age appropriate activities.
